Our zero waste Shampoo Bar launched late last year to great reviews. We are happy to announce, we have a NEW scent~Basil Peppermint Spearmint with Green Tea.
One of our favorite anti-oxidants, green tea has many beneficial properties for your hair. Rich in vitamin B, it controls split-ends, softens hair, and strengthens the roots. In fact, green tea has been known to prevent hair loss and even regenerate hair growth! Dandruff will also be kept in check.
The essential oil combination of basil & mint, will leave your scalp tingling and refreshed. Your mornings will come to life when you wash your hair!
As always, you can rest easy knowing our products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals, and free from palm oil, artificial colorants & fragrances. We do extensive research on our ingredients to make sure we are providing you with the highest quality product.

Have you made the switch to natural shampoo, yet? To assist with your transition, here are the answers to some of your common questions:
Shampoo Bar FAQs
How do I use it? Simply wet your hair and then rub the bar over the top & back of your head. If you have long hair, rub the bar through to your ends. It will lather just like liquid shampoo. Rinse and repeat if needed.
How long will one bar last? That depends! How often do you wash your hair? How long/short is your hair? How thick/thin is your hair? How many people are in your family? There are too many variables to give an exact time frame. From experience, 1 bar will last approximately 1 month to 6 weeks with every day washing of short hair.
Do I need to use conditioner? Yes…no…maybe. If you currently use conditioner after each wash, then yes. If you don’t use conditioner on a regular basis then no. If you don’t condition your hair now, but using the shampoo bar makes your hair feel more dry than usual, then maybe you need to use a natural conditioner. It really depends on your hair type and your preferences. For example: I do not use conditioner on my hair because it is short & fine and conditioner leaves it feeling heavy & greasy. My sister, on the other hand, has thicker, wavier hair and uses conditioner after each wash or her hair feels tangled & dry.
Do you make a conditioner bar? No, not yet. In order to work well, a conditioner is made with super soft, nourishing oils. Unfortunately, these oils do not hold up well when made into a solid bar. They tend to melt or “go soft” without the addition of a lot of harmful ingredients that don’t meet our strict environmental standards. We are still working on creating a formula but in the mean time we recommend using a once a week organic, apple cider vinegar rinse, and treating your hair with the pure, natural oils such as argan, coconut, avocado or whipped shea butter depending on your hair type.
I color my hair and/or chemically treat it. Can I use the Shampoo Bar? Yes! We have a number of customers with treated hair who love our Shampoo Bar.
I started using the Shampoo Bar last week and my hair is acting weird. What do I do now? Keep using it! Commercial, liquid shampoos strip your hair & scalp of its natural oils. Now your body is either over producing oil, making your hair unusually greasy, or it is under producing oil, making your hair unusually dry. It will take a little while for your body to find its natural state. We promise it will get there! Just be persistent and keep going!
